I have a question. Have you ever tryed the Hotkey "switch to next and previous channel"?
It's switching into a subchannel first, before it connects to the next main channel.---------------------------------------------------------

I am still not quite sure, what you mean. In my opinion you still have to press it 9 times, when you sit in the main channel.
Please visit me on public server in channel
Talk Channels > German Talk 1 and ask for dante.
Update
This is now on Dev's Todo
We tought about 2 new functions.
One is called Switch to channel on same level and the other one applies to same and other channel Family.
Both hotkey will use a channelname only and don't have a path. It's like it was on TS2.Last edited by dante696; 04-10-2012 at 14:20.

Client 3.0.9 offers 3 ways to switch through channels.
Global: This is the old feature and does switch through every channel on the server
Channel Family: This hotkey will move your client through all sub or parent channels, but never to another channel on Level 0 (the main channel).
Same Level: You can switch through channels on the same level (only for same channel family)Last edited by dante696; 05-10-2012 at 08:00.

Very cool. I heard complaints about this lacking from someone who joined our teamspeak. He said he only uses TS2 because of how he can switch to channels. Maybe this will remedy that issue. I will have to go through the process to get the latest beta again so I can have a look at it myself.
