How To make white boxes transparent?

how do i make these white boxes disco-peer?

i would like the backround to be visible instead of having every second line white.

any help would be appreciated ty.

(oh and just for the record the *gay sex* channel is where we stick our channel ghosts who do not say or use the AFK channel, nothing worse than chatting for 5 mins to find out they are not there. and no1 wants to be put in there unless we got beer n lube :? )
