Linux install quick questions

I am using SSH to connect to our linux box.

1.Does anyone know the command to download the ts server app from the command line?

2.What is the command to un tar the program to a certain directory?

2) bunzip2 ts2_server_rc2_201916.tar.bz2
- and -
tar -xvf ts2_server_rc2_201916.tar
