    Voice groups

Is there a way to setup voice groups.

Ventrilo had nifty feature where you could add people in voice group and then assign key to transmit to everyone in the group.

I saw whisper feature but I want to add people in the group and not tell them to add each one seperatly.

atm on ventrilo we have over 20 people that talk with eachother over 1 voice group. On weekly base we add or remove some of the people from voice group.

What I want to avoid is telling those 20 people each time to manually add or remove someone from whisper list.

Is there a way to setup group of people at one place for everyone.

Ofc not as each one is running their own team of players and we just need ability to communicate with each other across the channels.

This is what whisper to server group or whisper to channel commander is for. We are currently implementing this, so look out for the feature with the next release.
You think my answer is stupid ? Read This:

    Thanks.

I assume channel groups will only work inside the same channel

umm one option not so perfect but until channel commander is up.

    set channels>
game (have no parent channel only childs)
    - subchannel teamA (one of childs parent is game)
    - subchannel teamB

now set hotkey on whisper to "complete channel family"
will whisper to all channels indise channel game including channel game.
    example RAID talk.
members of "voice group1" will be just inside channel teamA, and so on for others... If they wanna talk to their voice group they can just talk(if they use voice activation detection..... that depends on their configuration) if they wanna give up, and tell that to oposite team they use whisper hotkey.

    atm it works.

it would be great if while adding channel commander you would add also
whisper to "subchannels of parent channel"
