User having issues sending to channel

Ive tried everything to allow this person to talk in text chat but i cant figure it out i have put the permission overview up for this person so any ideas would be apperiated

i even let another client from a different computer with the same server groups as him and i was able to send messages to channel but he not

I type this because it looks either as incomplete or its just servergroup part of all permissions.

okey if you are SA make sure that user is in that problematic channel,
right click on him and select permissions -> permissions overview
now in that window, theres a box on top titled filter now type to it
- message if its chat related
- talk if its audio related permission problem.
now try to make either copy or screenshot what you see.

sended msg both of you tell him to reply to my second question, while looking at it.

does he see any red text with error message after he try to chatt?
from screenshot you have sended me, the only "tab" where he can not chatt is serverTab(the one titled High Treason TS3 Server in your server, and located on bottom on ts3client.
He shloudn't have problem using either private chat or channel chat.

The permission needed private message power in serverGroup 36, looks useless as long as thats default, you can remove it.

EDIT: recommend delete your attachment.
