[Suggestion] Add Masking Users

Suggestion:
I'd like for Team speak 3 to have the option to prevent guest / members / certain people to be unable to see other people.

Reason:
I don't want random people checking my TS3 server to find out who is in each channel because I run a system where members exchange top secret information about "X" clan or "Y" plans or "Z" movements.

Last Words:
If Vent can do it, So can you! Plus I prefer your program over vent because of its user friendly system and basically the awesome look and functionality.

You do that with this permissions :

i_channel_subscribe_power and i_channel_needed_subscribe_power for user

and

i_channel_description_view_power and i_channel_needed_description_view_power for all information in the channel description
