[Suggestion] i_client_ban_delete_power
While this Suggestion is likely denied and thrown into the Garbage Bin it would still be nice to have:
Another new set of Permissions to rule who may delete which ban and who may not. Permission Set would replace b_client_delete_ban.
New Field in bans Table (needed_delete_power), new Input Box in the Add Ban Window which by default contains the value of i_client_ban_delete_power of the client creating the Ban so that only himself and clients on the same level or above can delete (and edit) the ban.

Dont see a need for this.
Bans should only issued and lifted by SA or ServerQuery (unless there will be the Channel Ban Feature).
You can set your groups to only delete their own bans and not all.
Use permission "b_client_ban_delete_own".
