CentOS: Issues with Connecting to http://{myIP}:14534
Hi All,
I am new to the forum and desperately needing some help.
I have a dedicated CentOS server hosted with my hosting company (Server Stream).
I have installed the 32bit version of Teamspeak on the server and have gotten the server up and running. The
As you can see (except for the licence key as I am yet to connect), all appears to be running and listening fine. However, evertime I try to connect via the web browser or the Teamspeak client (on 14534, 10011, 30033 or 9987), it get http failed.Code:2012-05-25 07:40:00.031455|INFO |ServerLibPriv | | TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.1 (2011-11-17 07:34:30) 2012-05-25 07:40:00.031752|INFO |DatabaseQuery | | dbPlugin name: SQLite3 plugin, Version 2, (c)TeamSpeak Systems GmbH 2012-05-25 07:40:00.031786|INFO |DatabaseQuery | | dbPlugin version: 3.7.3 2012-05-25 07:40:00.032020|INFO |DatabaseQuery | | checking database integrity (may take a while) 2012-05-25 07:40:00.070337|WARNING |Accounting | | Unable to find valid license key, falling back to limited functionality 2012-05-25 07:40:00.088409|INFO |FileManager | | listening on 0.0.0.0:30033 2012-05-25 07:40:00.146552|INFO |CIDRManager | | updated query_ip_whitelist ips: 127.0.0.1, 2012-05-25 07:40:00.146897|INFO |Query | | listening on 0.0.0.0:10011
I assume I may have to set something up in the httpd config file but i have search and search without any joy.
Has anyone experienced this or and I doing something wrong?
Any advice is appreciated,
Stu

There is no Webinterface for TS3 by default! Just connect to your Server's IP using the TS3 Client (no Port required unless you changed the default) and you are ready to go.

probably NAT, you need port forwarding enabled on your router and forward the external requests to your internal TS server.

OK I'm having the same problem.
I know both my LAN and WAN IP addy's.
I have firewalls turned completely off on the router and DSL modem.
My virus protection is set to allow the TS3 server full access but the firewall is active (it doesnt work with it turned off either I tried).
All 3 port numbers are correctly ported to the correct IP address.
I have no problems connecting locally by either using local host on the server or by using the local IP on another computer on the local network.
People outside my local network (over the internet) can not connect, but they can see me on the server list.
Internet (web based) port checkers say all ports are closed, but port checking programs on the local HD say they are open.
I contacted my ISP and they assured me they do not block any ports.
Server log (most recent non user)
I'll leave it running. I set the password to "enter" temporarely2012-06-11 07:21:16.580786|INFO |ServerLibPriv | | TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.5 (2012-04-23 04:46:12)

You need to Forward the Ports.
There are a couple of Services like www.no-ip.com which will give your IP (which can change every 24hrs depending on your ISP) a name which people can use to connect to your Server, provided of course it is running and the ports have been forwarded correctly.

sorry, i forgot to mention, i am forwarding all the ports... my ip does not change all that regularly, only if it detects a security risk, which in the past team speak hasnt caused. checking the router directly, the wan ip has not changed, it is still the same, and has been the same for the past 7 months.
i am forwarding all the ports
im on a linksys e4500 802.11n
i have set them up before and have never had this much of an issue
i should also add that i have changed routers and it hase not fixed the problem. also, i have re installed the server, and client multiple times

imm never gunna get help like this, ts3 is bothering me, is it my routers firewall?.. i dont know why everyone i so insistant on checking your wan ip online, right click on the server in your adress bar, and hover over wan ip, the ser will tell you what to give out, so this being said, i know i have given out my wan ip, i have confirmed it with the router...
i thought switching to a faster connection, 802.11n would be faster... even though im on a lan connection, i figured it would help others connect a little easier considdering its a newer router with newer technolagies...
imm pissed that my forum post got thrown in this basket of so many others that are unsolved. before this had gotten moved i would have liked to have gotten some help from some developers, they know it inside and out, know reason why with a little time they couldnt figure it out...
right now, no one can connect to me, and this is not getting solve, and hasnt been for months, whats the deal people

Okay so i'm bored those answers like "CHECK PORTS" "CHECK WAN IP" etc.
I've checked ALL!!!! My external ip is 92.244.56.35 i've opend ports:[UDP ONLY!!!] 9986,9987,9988 and 9989 | [TCP ONLY!!!!] 10011 and 30033. All ports are forwarded corectly so please dont ask about that.
My internal ip is 192.168.1.102 AND I"VE FORWARDED PORTS TO THIS IP!!!
I can connect only by 127.0.0.1:9988 and noone FROM EXTERNAL NETWORK can connect to my EXTERNAL IP -92.244.56.35:9988
I've done everything [open in Firewall, accept connection in Firewall, set server as trusted in Antivirus, and shut down windowws firewall] I've hosted many game, http, ftp and mysql servers so i know how to open ports and "let someone in". But i dont know how to repair this.2012-06-16 20:29:28.080556|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| listening on 0.0.0.0:9988
