How I can be accredited as TS3 admin after formatting my computer?
Hello, I have a problem that I can't solve.

I'm the manager of a major site dedicated to the simulation in Spain and I have enabled a TeamSpeak 3 server in Windows 2003 Server x64, all right here.
Turns out, the other day I had to format the hard drive of my computer and now, after I reinstall the client TS3 64 bits in my PC and connect with my admin name, the usual, will not let me do so and how to recover administrator password TS3, how I can do?
Thanks!

Hello
Before format your computer, save your identities to safe you Admin permission in your server.
("Tools"=>"Identities"=>Export)
Well, to comeback an admin on your server, you can connect on the query port to add you in your Admin server group by query command.
What you talk about when you said "administrator password" ?

First solution : ask to an other SA to add you in the good server group

Second solution : Use the query command line
When you said administrator password, I think you talk about serveradmin password. Right ?
If yes and if you have forgot the password you can't refind this.
To add you in server group by query command
First read this :
TeamSpeak 3 Server Query Manual.pdf
And, by your TS3 client or putty (for example)
Code:login serveradmin <password> use <server ID> servergroupaddclient sgid=<server group ID> cldbid=<your ID>

How to regain total server control after formatting?
Hi there, I have a teamspeak 3server, rather new to how it works though. I get the general idea of the privileged keys.
When I created the server, I saved all the information it gave me, and I used the privilege key and had full control, but I recently formatted my system (as I was upgrading hardware), and now I connect back to my server and don't have admin.
I would like to know how I can re gain back my rightful privileges so I can preform taskes again. I've got the serveradmin password, can I retrieve it back through that?
Thanks.

Yeah I was referring to serveradmin password.
I've got my Unique ID, how do obtain the servers ID?. I don't use Putty, as the server is hosted on a Windows box.
Though, I do see inside of TeamSpeak 3 Client it has a server query area that I can input commands to, I just need to get all the information together.

You can just use:
instead.Code:use port=<Server Port (default 9987)>
Oh and next time before formatting it might be a good idea to backup your important Data
which includes your TS3 ID... you can go to Settings -> Identities and select your Identity then click Export. Save the file to a secure location.

You are a guest and it is not allowed for guest to interact with the internal query.
There is no way around telnet / putty.
