How to create a Global Group which can Add Other user in Global Groups
Hello Guys,
at first sorry for my bad englisch.
My Problem is:
I want to Create a Global Group something like "Server Operator" and i need the Permission for them that they can Add Guest to the Global Group "Member".
Maybe someone can explain me how to...

You need to adjust the following permissions
On the global group
needed_add_power
needed_remove_power
needed_modify_power
On whatever group you want to have the ability to add to global group you need to make these powers equal to or higher than the needed power of the global group
add_power
remove_power
modify_power
