(Suggestion) Copy Channel Permissions

I would like the ability to have certain permissions assigned to every channel that is created, such as needed upload power.

In my server by default, guests cannot upload or download. Clan members can only upload in one channel, and in all the other channels they cannot. I would like it where by default channels created will start out with a needed upload power of X instead of having to set it every time.

If that doesn't make sense, please let me know and I'll try to explain it better.

Maybe a function to save own channel templates will be included, but I am not sure, if this will happen before final comes out.

In one of our next releases a dialog for some chnnel permissions will be included.
