Lost Full Admin Rights
When I first created my teamspeak server, I was able to login through the server query and gain full control over my server by having 100 grant power/permission power. (Sorry I cannot remember all the technical terms here)
Recently my teamspeak client reset itself, and I lost my full power to my servers. I tried logging in like I had before, but I still cannot get full permission power to edit vital server permissions. Im stuck as a regular admin. I was also never able to get full power over my second server, or maybe I just didnt know how to use it.
Does anyone know how I can gain my full power back on both servers. I have looked all over the forums, but havent been able to find anything in relation to what I need.

You need to either use server query to add yourself back to the SA group or generate a token. The server query manual that comes with the server files has the commands to do this.

I have Server admin rights. My main problem is that I do not have full rights to edit things in the virtual server so I can remove both servers off the weblist.
I tried Soljia's tutorial to try and add myself in but I cannot get it to add me to the group I am looking for like before.

Run this query
You should be able to run the weblist command with your serveradmin username.login serveradmin {password}
use 1
servergroupaddclient sgid=2 cldbid={your client database ID}Last edited by poisonpanik; 23-08-2010 at 13:12.

[QUOTE=poisonpanik;251290]Run this query
That was it. Worked perfectly on both servers. Thanks for the help every one.login serveradmin {password}
use 1
servergroupaddclient sgid=2 cldbid={your client database ID}[/quote}
You should be able to run the weblist command with your serveradmin username.
EDIT: When I click on the Admin Query group, I get a "database invalid constraint." Both servers said I was added to the query group. I still cannot change my weblist permissions though. I get
error id=0 msg=ok (27 ms)
error id=0 msg=ok (47 ms)
error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=9030 (49 ms)
Total: 123 msLast edited by Shibster216; 05-08-2010 at 16:57.

I also have this problem, i added my client to the "Admin Server Query" group, but the right "b_visualserver_modify_weblist" is gray.
I cant add this right to my "Admin Server Query" group or any other group. It just blinks black and switches back to gray.
if i use the query console i get:
msg=insufficient permission modify power
but i have this:
5138 b_serverinstance_modify_settings 100
5139 b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup 100
My last idea ist to drop the traffic of the weblist port.
Running: 3.0.0-beta27 [Build: 12002] @ Debian 5 Linux 32bit
Any new ideas ?
Cheers

Are you sure, you are a AdminServerQuery ?
Do this:
In the Channels Tree, click on your name, and look, in the rigt window, that says in Server Groups:
-Normal ... ?
- Guest ... ?
- Admin Server Query ... ?
- Server Admin ... ?

Thats from Chantree:
Server Groups:
Admin Server Query (2)
Server Admin (6)
Channel Group:
Guest (8)
btw:
I have the Global Right of b_serverinstance_modify_settings (i have all global rights).
Example: Im the only one that is able to change the Vservers Slots or the Up/Download bandwidth.
But not the one from the VServer, and i cant add the Right (VServer -> Config -> 9030 b_virtualserver_modify_weblist ) ! Results in : error id=2570 msg=insufficient permission modify power
I did block the weblist ports trough iptables -> Drop ... seems to work .... but its a bad workaround.

You can't have 100 on boolean permission. It's grant permission to 100.
