[Fixed ?] Lua plugin print unreadable characters

TeamSpeak3's Lua plugin can't treat language encoding correctly.
It gets a channel name , and prints the name as unreadable characters in chat pane.

I typed plugin command "lua run test" in the channel including Japanese characters in its name.
