Permissions Help Please

Hello, sorry to be a pain and if this question sounds like a noob question then i am sorry again lol, i have a 16 man TS3 server and have applied permissions to the members that use it, i am having a problem with a certain admin at the minute who thinks its funny to kick another admin from the server i was wondering if there is a feture that can stop him kicking any other admin from the server but still allow him the kick rights to kick any other person that is either messing about or does not need to be in the server,
If possible could you tell me how to do this ?

Adjust the needed_kick_power for the admin group so he doesn't have the required kick_power to do this. Or just revoke his admin status until he grows up
