Accounting, Unable to connect to accounting server

The server is starting, but nobody can connect. After some minutes the logfile shows this.

Hello
Open the 2008 port for the accounting server.
And the default teamspeak port....

Also make sure, that your servers is able to ping accounting.teamspeak.com .
Your Log looks like, your DNS service isn't enabled.

The Ports are still the same.
I dont changed anything.
We are talking on teamspeak when some user gets a disconnect.
He told me that ha cant connect again.
So i try to restart the server, and it works. But nobody cant connect.
After some trys i tried to reinstall the server again.
After the reinstall, it works fine. I dont know whats happend. The ports are still there, and the server is still the same.
I dont know
