[Solved] Teamspeak 3 Viewer [WP] - Error (ID 3329)
Evening all,
I set up the TS3 Viewer plugin on my wordpress site, it sees and displays the TS3 server perfectly.
However it keeps getting banned. We added the server IP to whitelist and to the server query whitelist files.
My Guest permissions are as follows..

Has anyone got any idea what i have not done correctly?

Hello
It's a Guest Server group, you must modify de Guest Query Group.
All script use the query port and of course the query permissions.
This permissions are in the Guest query group and Admin Query group.
To modify this groups you need the serveradmin query account (the first user).

Under Server Groups -> *Guest -> Global -> Admin = Login to ServerQuery ?
It gives our server admin an error when we add permission. Is this the wrong entry?
@Dante - sorry i didn't know any better

I checked on that forum, they asked me to add my IP to the whitelist. Which has been done. So they were stumped and i got directed back here.
Anyone got an idea why its still being banned?

You need to login as Server Query Admin, with that power you will be able to see and change the permisisons for the query groups "Guest Server Query & Admin Server Query
I have no idea what "Error (ID 3329)" means.

Turns out the web hosting company we use gave us the wrong web IP address for our site when we asked them. So when we used the correct one (we found a server query entry in yesterdays log but not for any other day of trying to connect) it works fine.
><
Thanks for all your time though guys
