    Hello

What is your server version ?
Can your show us the server log ?
Have you communicate your external IP for test ?

    Server log :
In logs/ folder in server folder.

Go on http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and communicate at your friends to test.

You can't use this external IP from your internal network (behind the router). You must use the internal IP of server (192.168.x.x)
