Microphone muted, Microphone activeated

ok well someone from my clan, every time they get on our TeamSpeak 3 server, everything they click anywhere on TS it mutes and unmutes their mic and sound. i dont know how this could have happend they just downloaded it and she thinks she had downloaded it wrong... please help

There is a big chance they set up a hotkey for muting/unmuting in the end of the setup wizard.
I've seen it before.

first go to settings tab then go to options once you are there go to the
hot keys tab and once your there delete all the unwanted hotkeys that will fix your problem and it worked for me
