How do I get custom icons?

Well I would like to add the (Meta Admin icon) on my server (I am something special).etc because those are really cool and I still haven't found them on the forums so do I have ro make them because they might be private? And if yes how do I make my own if the option of downloading server icons isint the option.

If the icon is not posted in the ICON section of the forums you'd either need to get someone to send you a copy, make your own, or find it via Google (or another search engine)

I see thanks I wonder if meta admin icon packs are released though I can't see them and also is there a tutorial on how to make custom packs?
