Register User per hompage?

Hello dear forum,
I am looking for a möglichkein a hompage TS3 to register user as well as in TS2 worked. have a linux root. would have to know a code or something similar that says this, the user is registered by the xyz HP in the mysql database.
is it even possible teschnich?

No registration for TS3 needed!
The ID will automatically wrote in the Database when a User connect.
But you can add Token's that the User can add to a Group by self (if you give him a Token).
