Team Speak 3 cannot write a config file...

when trying to set up a bookmark or open my client i get an error message that ts3 cannot write to config file and that i can use ts3 but all settings will be lost

Run TS3 as admin

if you right click on the shortcut or exe file you get an option to RUN AS ADMIN.

You need to install the client without a global config!

Another option could be installing TS in a non-system-folder (like Program Files or Windows) to avoid this.
