So i need to just do this
copy ts3server.sqlitedb from server a
install a new server with ts3
Overwrite the ts3server.sqlitedb on the new server?

stop the server on the old host,
copy the folder with the server to your new host,
start the server at your new host.
please remember, that there can be license-problem, because of the old data in the database of the accounting-server. if your server will not start, wait about 30 Minutes and check again. This problem should be indicated with the entry "running elsewhere" in the log.
