Are the 2 who can't connect located in the same house? (i.e. sharing an IP address)

No they don't share the same IP or house

Hello I'm having the same problem. Some people can't connect to the server even though they typed the address and port correctly. They cna however connect to an old server.
I'm a novice with this TS stuff so dumb it down for me thanks.

Are they on a college campus or is their ISP blocking the port they need to connect??
