Change File Directory
Hi,
I'm glad to have the possibilty to share data with TS3.
As written in the title I want to change the directory of the filestorage for the channels.
At the moment it's under C:\Programme\TeamSpeak 3 Server\files\virtualserver_1\channel_1
I want to change it in D:\TS3 Data!
Is there a way to do this or is this only an idea / a request for a new beta / the final.
Greetings

Hello
Currently you can't change the file path. And (in windows) you can't set a link.
Just can create a shortcuts and put them in the channel folder.

Thanks for the fast replies!
Where does it says that the channel folder has to be in a subfolder of the program? I don't understand that.
I think it shoudn't matter to TS3 if the directory of the uploadfolder for channel xyz is stored at a different place.
Just add a possibility to change the path and thats it. Because know the path is given by %dir%\files....

You could Upload/Download only from one Channel.
So you have only one Folder for the Files.
I think TeamSpeak has solved so well and no Changes needed..
