[Implemented] This hotkey can only be changed via setup

More a cosmetic feature then a bug, but causing a very confusing situation.

When you edit a hotkey (via the Edit button or right mouse click in the options window) which is a whisper key, you get an info line saying “This hotkey can only be changed via setup!”.

Alas there’s no relevant setup option in any of the menus.
Line should be “This hotkey can only be changed via Whisper Lists from the Tools menu!”
(this should be a quick fix for the developers)

The messages has been changed.
The new message is "This hotkey can only be edited from Whisper Lists Dialog."
