Unable to talk after plugin or remove of soundcard

Hi,

im using a Medusa 5.1 USB headset.
When i plug it in it registers a new soundcard in windows, after that i cant talk in teamspeak anymore and need to restart it.
Same problem when i unplug it.

The soundsetting dont change in anyway during that. i guess its simple a proble if a new soundcard is added while TS is running.

Already reported many times and can't be fixed with our current sound system.
We hope this problem also dissapears, when the overhaul is done.
