Group member add power for channel admins

Im using a linux server (beta29). Ive had an issue where giving somebody operator or channel admin in a channel has allowed them to place themselves in server groups as channel admins and operators have by default a group member add power. I've changed the default permissions to prevent this in the future but I see this as a bug as channel admins and operators shouldn't be able to make changes outside of the channel in which they were given admin or operator.

If they have the Power they can change.

So you should make the Server Groups higher than the Channel Groups.

I understand, I changed this as soon as I realized. I simply removed the permission from channel groups all together. It seems silly to me that if you give someone powers in a certain channel, that they can then take that power and apply it globally. Granted, the power was low enough that they aren't able to put themselves in the template SA group, but why should channel admins have any kind of group member add or remove power at all? If they wish to add others to certain channel groups, which I believe this permission also applies to, this should be listed as a separate permission.

Because other channle groups also have a i_group_needed_member_add_power
or i_group_needed_member_remove_power. Cahnnel admins need i_group_member_add_power and i_group_member_remove_power to add user into a channel group and remove the old channel group from a user.
