ToDo List [On todo] (gui) Inconsistency with Download Folder:

    Summary
The Download Folder display in file browser is inconsistent if you change the folder. It will switch the slashes from \ to /

    Steps

*assumption that you haven't changed the download folder before (you may delete from config if need to start fresh)
    1. Open file browser
    2. Note that it says something like C:\Users\Keith\Downloads
    3. Right click on it and hit change download folder
    4. Hit okay or change it to something
    5. The dashes now show C:/Users/Keith/Downloads

also note this can be done through options and same results
