File transfer connection timeout for ever file

Hey, guys, as you see i'm new here,thats my first topic/post and i really need some help, my friends that are in the server got that error:

could not open file transfer connection (/icon_820729325)

It's from a icon that i've added for a group, and dont apears...

My Comp works fine the icon, my other comps on my network works too, but my friends can't see and get that error...

My Server:

Version:
3.0.0-beta29 [Build: 12473] on Windows

I got the icons from the TeamSpeak website, addons area, the red shield ones...

if i forgot anything just tell me

You need to open port (tcp) 30033 so others outside your network can see those icons, avatars, transfer files, etc.

Ty for a response, i already got that port opened on TCP and UDP.. still dont work

Sounds like a port problem. Are you 100% positive that the correct ports are forwarded to the correct IP address?

If you know which icon it is try deleting in from your server and then upload it again. If you don't know delete them all and upload them again.
