Questions for TS3 servers, NPL, license, etc
Hello and how is everyone!
First of all I would like to say good job to all the great people of TS who do all this great work and make everything here possible
I own and operation my own servers here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I would like to get a NPL registered to host TS3 on my server box, but I understand I can not because people randomly paypal me small donations to help pay for our Public, non profit gaming servers. With a NPL registered license I would be able to get 10 virtual servers and 512 slots which is totally perfect for what I need.
I am not a full out GSP. I do not have a business, or tax license, I simply offer and provide game servers for our Community, and players of our Community website. I have been using another Voice program for many years, and I am looking to stop using it and transfer over to TS3.
Steelturtle79, TS, admins and staff:
Is it possible for me, to buy an AAL license: Annual Activation 100 slots/5 servers for $80 a year so when I set up a server for people, they can also have a TS3 server for their server/game But... I would like the servers to be 10 virtual servers, about 50 slots each sort of like the NPL 10/512. Can some one please help me out, or give me some information on this?
Thank you for reading!

I found out some information regarding this for you and all other users that might be viewing this thread, hope this helps:
(Restrictions on advertising either within your TeamSpeak 3 server's associated website OR within the TeamSpeak 3 server itself are the same between TeamSpeak 2 and TeamSpeak 3. That is to say, generally speaking advertising for commercial entities whereby you receive some sort of kick back or benefit of any kind is NOT allowed. However, we clearly understand that many people use "free clan/guild webhosting" services where small ads are imposed by the webhost provider. In this case we DO allow for some exceptions...however, please note that ALL situations with regard to piracy or abuse of non-profit based licensing are subject to Triton's final interpretation and review.
We do allow for Non-Profit license holders to add a Paypal Donate button (or equivalent) to their website as long as all donations are STRICTLY voluntary and are not enticed by any other offers. You cannot entice donations or higher donation by offering for example gaming badges or items, more server privy, or any other offers. We reserve the right to determine if your website's activities are commercial in nature.
If you are unsure as to whether or not your situation (or someone else's) is in violation of our EULA please contact Triton via piracy@tritoncia.com.)
