[no bug] Teamspeak automatically sets system-sound lvls to 50%
Hi folks i got a problem with Teamspeak3....
(well i use the program now since it got out and never had this problem until today - and i didnt change anything on my system....)
When i connect to my ts3-server and anybody / me is talking, all other audio-output from any program is lowered to 50% (i can see this when looking at the audio-mixer from windows (taskbar))!
There is absolutely nothing i can do to let the system not set it down but exiting teamspeak.
I tried to go to:
1. TS -> options -> capture -> uncheck "echo reducing" (my client is german so buttons may be called else)
2. TS -> options -> capture -> advanced options -> uncheck "automatic voice-normalization" (dont know the engl. word)
3. Win -> system -> sound -> communication -> check "do nothing" (sound-options for voice-over-ip (phone) sounds -> 4 boxes where u can set all sounds to be muted when having a call or reducing or doing nothing)
.....
Whatever i do .. even if i set everywhere to not reduce sounds for other applications than ts - all time someone talks to me or i talk in ts all other sounds are reduced to 50% ... it's really annoying when u listen to music and all time u speak or someone else speaks your music and everything goes to 50% and 10 sec later to normal again .... im going crazy because i cannot change this in any way but exiting teamspeak! ....
Anyone who can help with this ?

Check to see if your volume control plug-in is active. If it is try turning it off.
