[fixed? 1] Serveral bugs related to paths
Wee, gotta love asians, we are the source of bug finders for western softwares ;D
The below happened on windows systems
1. Sometimes the updaters will fail if the path contains UTF-8/Ascii letters
Failed example: (it's actually installed on the desktop of the username 林君達)
c:\documents and settings\林君達\桌面\Teamspeak 3 Client
2. Sometimes the soundpack will fail to read the sound files if the path contains UTF-8/Ascii letters
Failed Exmple:
C:\小扯專屬★\TS3\sounds\default
(these happened today when I was helping others looking for possible errors, which both when moved to a folder without the UTF-8/Ascii characters and worked fine)
