How do I make my Teamspeak server settings so that only a limited amount of people can join like 2-5, because currently it is at 30. How do I lower that?

EDIT: Also, what do I do to disbale the making priviledge key thing??

Hello

If you talk about slot :
Tools => Edit Virtual Server (or right click on server name in channel tree)
Reduce the "Max clients"

In each server group remove this permission :
