    If you dont understand that
    Other suggestion is to buy a server from a Authorized Hoster http://hosting.teamspeakusa.com/

    It's very easy, you forget about the configuration and they do everything for you !!! think that your pc will rest and won't be conected 24/7, it's very expensive to have that.

    This error is linux releated and could mean:
    1. your system is out of ram
    2. the maximal threads of your user account has been reached.
    3. the maximal threads for your system (the limit of your kernel) have been reached. You can check the limit under /proc/sys/kernel/threads-max
