Linux Install Bash script!

Hi folks,

I´m trying to write bash script to install Teamspeak 3 on all Distries.
This script gone be under GNU Licence.
I think doing .deb packeting isn´t right for other users using other Distries.
The function of this script gone be:
Install TS3 with or without mysql tables.
Of course I will not touch the Server scripts!
But I got some small Problems with it.
1. I know, I got to display the EULA, but I really don´t know how.
Just copy it? How about Copyright?
Include EULA Text of the website? I don´t know how!
2. Updatescript
Is there a plan to include a update function in the server startscript?

Solved Problem 1
I´m a little stupid!
just realized I got the licence in the tar archive.

But still need a answer about the 2. Problem.
I guess only the Teamspeak Team could answer that!

Your script looks good so far!
I´m looking forward to may integrate it, but right now I´m working on Mysql installation. This is more important to me.
Since I wrote all the scripts by my self, it takes time.
I´m not a pro!
The thing is, your VARS are in the script, mine are set by the user and written in a conf file!
