serveradmin can not login

Hi there,

I have the problem, that I can't login to the server query with my serveradmin.
I chanced the password like written here http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=48255 and used this one.
But I always get the error: error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=4877
It seems to me that there is a problem with the permissions but I don't know which permission the id 4877 is.
Can anyone help me?
Does there exist a list of the permissionids an the permissions?

Hello

I assume your server is a beta 30.
To find the error with the ID => Teamspeak 3 Server Beta 30 Permission

This not a password problem, but like you said a permission problem.

By default the server admin group has this permission (except if you rented your server).

There seems this permission was deleted of your group, so you can connect to the query port with a tool like Putty.

Now I also know what the problem was. I revoked this right in the Guest Query Admin group and so it was also revoked for all other groups.

At this moment you must re add this permission directly in the database.

So, for the Guest query group :

INSERT INTO perm_server_group VALUES('0', '1', '0', 'b_serverquery_login', '1', '0', '0')
