Launching TS3 while another TS3 is launching CRASHES the program

Hi all, I just registered simply to fill some bug report, after I heard you're about to release the final.

Description:
Software: Teamspeak 3 Beta 36 Client (mac version)
Setup: TS3 is setup up to display dialog asking for "master password" before displaying the main GUI frame.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up a master password for the profile.
2. Open TS3, DO NOT ENTER any password in the dialog. (the dialog must still be asking "master password". If you entered the password and got into the main screen, there's no crash.)
3. Launch another TS3.
4. Crash (Edit: Both the new and old TS3 crashed), with the "details" pasted on a separate text file (due to restrictions on the maximum text limit.)

Additional problem: Sometimes, when I was clicked on TS3 other than the title bar, the apple menu (on the very top of the OSX GUI) does not have TS3 focus.

Additional problem2: Somehow file transfer in mac still does not support drag and drop, even though I believe I saw somewhere says it does since beta xx.
