Hello
This is normal behavior for teamspeak.
You must create a second capture profile (Settings > Option > Capture part and "add" button).
Now, login to your 2 servers, and on the first (where the mic is desabled) right click on server tab, go to Capture menu and select the second capture profile.

The answer:

The problem initially seemed solved but i can't have the microphone enabled in 2 different servers. When i open the second server and on the first (where the mic is desabled) i select the second capture profile, anyway the microphone stay on disabled.. and when i click on activate microphone in the first/second server, the microphone in the first/second server become disabled.
I hope i've written clearly.

Effectively, this trick no longer seems to work.
You have the second solution : nosingleinstance.
With this start parameter, you can start 2 client.
If you use windows, right click on the client shortcut and properties.
At the end of the target, make a space and write "-nosingleinstance"
If you use linux, edit the run script to add this option.
Now you can open 2 client (one on each server).

This never worked, when the device name was the same. And this was only possible under different capture modes. With the latest client, the name won't change because the capture modes don't change the names atm.
