Continious connect/disconnect from unknown clients.
What you see below is just a short copy/paste of the messages I see in my TS3 status location. It is a continous connect/reconnect/dropped/etc.
Who or why are IP's able to hit my TS3 server and cause this disruption and how do I alter the settings to dissallow someone from doing this.
I have tried entering 68.232.*.* --- (an example) to ban the range but I still see the connections trying to be made.
Please assist me and I will be most greatful - thank you in advance.

Oh...
Well that makes sense.. I am going to have to ask the other admins about that.
Is there a way to disable those connections showing on the bottom (if that is the case)
Another thing is --- when they connect disconnect you see "unknown host" show up in the channel for about half a second then its' gone. So is that what it is?
Thanks Screech!

Settings -> options -> application pane. Uncheck show query clients.

well if you did not understand the part where I asked you about usuall details of your setup then read the forum advices & rules
http://forum.teamspeak.com/announcement.php?f=100&a=51
I recommend you headline When Posting: which with minor imagination could be used for serverside.
server version? Is it in serverhouse or on home pc/internet connection? What is the firewall setup on the machine where ts3server runs? Is there some router/modem or additional firewall between that machine and internet users on your side?Do you know anything about your server? Do you know how is it connected to the internet? where is it? Mind sharing?
I know that both my lines of previous post were in joking fashion but one of them asked the details described in that announcement.
It is just annoying that someone call an idiot others that have to ask same questions over and over again.
If you are going to call people idiots, I do not think you should ever run a server or service for others.

Hello
The log (from your first post) show us query connection from an external script or a person.
There is a viewer (like tsviewer.com) on your website or something like that ?

In fact not exactly. Take the case someone scan his VPS with a script (or tool). If the script close the connection whitout send the "quit" query command, the result is "dropped connection lost"
