Why have you replaced the advanced permission toggle in the Easy Permission interface?
I would suggest that you remove the Advanced Permissions "tickbox" in the Options menu and just have a toggle available in the Permissions menu.
By default, users use the Easy Permission system but can "Switch to advanced permission display" instead of going through options.

We try to fix this behavior with faster palyback. Do you mean like it's shorten?
When you conenct to beta30 server, then the client tells you, that the server is outdated. Can you reproduce this with another beta30 server? Or can you send me the IP (with password) of this server in a private message? Does someone else also get a crash on this server?
yes i guess you can say its like shorten on the play back.
i had time now to test a little more between server versions. i find that on both versions of the server beta30 and pre31
i can change from channel to channel no problem. its when somebody talks i get error on both servers.
only other user i had using pre release "pre6" said only problem he had was high cpu issue.

Pre7 (build 13484) is freezing the complete ts3 client process here. Can't find any solution to run as stable. After a few seconds ts is freezing (don't hear others, can't do anything, have to kill the process). Switching sound modes doesn't help.

Just imagine (forget that you ever used TS3 before), we release TS, but nobody ever saw the client and never used it before. So what will a new user think about the permission system, when he does not know about advanced?
In my opinion, the user should use the client first and learn how to use it step by step and the advanced permission, just cause more problems, for user just starting xlient and using permissions on a real server..

I see what you are saying. But I would suggest the Easy Permission system is on by default, but there is a simpler way to access the Advanced system. Thank you

That show you, in the server group that you selected, the "b_client_skip_channelgroup_permissions" permission is checked

TeamSpeak 3 Client 3.0.0-rc1-pre8 available for testing
Hi,
a new rc1-pre version is now available. We look forward to any feedback and bug reports.
Important Changes:
- More work on direct sound, multiple hang/stutter fixes
- Easy permission dialogue tweaks
How to get it
- Go to where you installed teamspeak. There should be (among other things) a executable called "update"
- In this folder create or edit the file called "update.ini", after you are done with it the contents should be:
- Save the file, start TeamSpeak and go to Help->Check for Update, it should report a new version available.Code:[Channel] beta=true

I have an issue with rc1-pre7 on Mac OS 10.6.6 (Macbook Pro Mid 2009)
I can not change my Input Source to the "onboard" Line-In. While trying this the client automatically changes the Input Source to the "onboard" microphone.
I did not have any issues with the builds before.
