Funny numbers, but thats what you get when setting it to -1 (unlimited).

I have the issues with slow file browser, too.

The server (beta 30) is running on a windows server 2008 R1 32bit

That's the Problem, this is not a Client Thing!
I've running a Windows Server too and get only 300kb/s Download-Speed like you.

This Bug i've already reported Month ago but since no Fix!
Dante said "we cant reproduce it". That was the last Statement to this.

But "nice?!" to see that other People have the same Problem,
and i hope this will be fixed now.

So I'm wondering where my permissions groups disappeared to in the RC1 pre-release...I see only Server and Channel Groups under the Permissions menu, where as in the beta we also had Client and Channel/Client Groups...

Any suggestions?

I have windows 7 64bit and this version use 48-50% of CPUs (older version use only 6%). I close Teamspeak but after 20minutes it overload the CPU again...

Yes, I have the same problem (also Windows 7 - 64 bit). 25-30% CPU load (AMD Phenom II 965, quad core, 4 x 3,4 GHz) while I am away in an empty channel. I also tried disabling all plugins, still 25-30% CPU load.
