    Teamspeak 3 Client Connection Failure

    Hi everyone,

I have a Problem with my Teamspeak 3 Client. I am not able to connect to any server. I am not the administrator of the network and there is no possibility to open up Ports for me because of the network structure (That's what the administrator said). If I am using another internet connection like an UMTS Stick Teamspeak works fine. So I assume that it has something to do with the network properties. What I am wondering about is that in every connection problem thread I read, it is stated that there is no need to open up ports. Other communication programs like Skype or even Online Games like WoW seems to work fine in my network. Do someone of you have an idea how to solve my problem?

I am sure it is the network that is causing your problem. My guess is it is the UDP instead of TCP for your voice port that is causing the problem. Currently you can only run a server's voice port on UDP. I believe the devs said a TCP option may come after TS3 is out of beta.
