TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.0-rc1-pre available for testing

Note: This is a pre-release, meaning it has not passed the usual quality testing of a normal server release. We do NOT advise its use in production environments, please only use it to (a) preview and prepare for upcoming changes and (b) test and report flaws

we are happy to announce the pre-release of a new server build with version 3.0.0-rc1.

  virtualserver template values (serverinfo display is different from normal output!)

- fixed bogus mysql create script for channel_properties
- default groups cant be permanent anymore
- removing double group assignements on server start
- fixed problem where multi-line client descriptions where stored in database
- fixed query gave out wrong error messages
- fixed permreset did not remove icon_id assignments
- fixed double assigned permissions where deleted completly
- fixed channelmove / channelcreate not checking b_channel_create_child and i_channel_needed_modify_power
- fixed sql parameter errors while inserting defaults.sql
- fixed not removing privilege key on channel deletion
- fixed snapshotdeploy would fail on virtualserver_max_slots / virtualserver_limit reached
- fixed not checking correct permissions for CHANNEL_FLAG_MAXFAMILYCLIENTS_UNLIMITED,
  CHANNEL_FLAG_MAXFAMILYCLIENTS_INHERITED
- fixed not checking notifyregister / notifyunregister permissions
- fixed server critical while using notifyregister=server and multiple queries dropping at the same time
- fixed set channelgroup did not include channel name info in server log
- fixed create subchannel did not include parent channel info in server log
- fixed issue mac osx server uses 100% cpu
- Fixed a bug that could be triggered remotely and would cause the server to
  shut down with a critical message in the log file.

This thread is for reporting issues with this version - no feature requests or general problems. Posts of that kind will be removed.
For some features you need a new client which is not available yet (or use beta channel).

Yep, i'm using the last client, and after the change to the new build, it doesn't work. I'm in group SuperServerAdmin and have all rights ;-)

If I understand you the View ServerQuery user option is checked (Settings > Options > Application), right ?

i found the bug in ts3 13600 build , exactly when i create new channel max user is ok but max family user is set up on inherited should be there too unlimited yes ? my default group cant join on that channel even is public coz i need changed manually from inherited to unlimited please fix that.

This sounds like they create a subchannel into an main channel. And this main channel has max users set to 0.
Every new subchannel has inherited set by default. The main channel needs to be set to unlimited and with a password.

This should fix it.
