Can't Activate Microphone Stereo Mix
I am unable to press "activate microphone" and play music through Stereo Mix (option in Realtek HD Audio) instead of microphone
Whenever I switch to Stereo Mix, the microphone cannot be activated.
I also get these errors in the Client log:
17/02/11 4:31:21 PM SoundBackendInterface Error D:/Software/TeamSpeak 3 Client/soundbackends/windowsaudiosession.dll error: DEVICE_INITIALIZE
17/02/11 4:31:21 PM SoundDevManager Info STOPWATCH1 internalOpenDevice: 8 ms-1
17/02/11 4:31:21 PM SoundDevManager Info STOPWATCH1 internalCloseDevice: 0 ms-1
17/02/11 4:31:25 PM ClientUI Error Error activating microphone: 2310
I was previously able to play music without problems through Stereo Mix.

Hello TCG.
It would be helpful for me if you can tell me whether or not you had multiple server tabs open.
So what i'm asking is this: if you have 1 server tab open, can you use stereo mix
AND
If you have more than one server tab open, can you use stereo mix?

There are some fixes pre-10 for WASAPI (Windows Audio Session) and direct sound. We hope to release the RC1-pr10 soon

Looks like this issue also happens when you select Stereo Mix as the default device then switch back to Microphone. When you do that, you are unable to activate your mic again.

I reverted to beta-36 and tried switching the Default device on Realtek HD Audio Manager from Microphone to Stereo Mix and vice versa. When you switch to either, your microphone becomes disabled and cannot be activated until you re-connect TeamSpeak.
There was no problem on Windows XP, only on Windows 7 and probably Vista.
Please fix the issue so we don't have to re-connect TeamSpeak to switch from Stereo Mix and Microphone and vice versa. I use Stereo Mix to play music through my speakers to my friends. Better quality than putting the microphone next to the speaker.
Thank you.

Okay, I am on pre-10 and I switched the default device from Microphone to Stereo Mix on Realtek HD Audio Manager and my microphone is disabled and this is in Client Log. (To re-enable my mic, I must re-connect to TS)
