Migrating from XP to Windows 7

I have a problem. I have migrated systems and copied the Teamspeak information from the old system to the new one (the config and cache files). I wasn't sure where to copy them so I copied them both to the application folder and the user folder.

I have managed to recover my previous server connections, but for some reason the image associated with one of the servers (that used to be opposite the channel list) isn't there and I can't see how to get it back.

I also see that under Windows 7 the bookmarks are in the bookmarks.inf file and the servers are also listed in the ts3clientui_qt.conf file.

    So, I have some questions.
    1. Do I need the cache folder within Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\ ?
    2. Do I need the cache folder within the application data folder (\Teamspeak 3\Config\cache\ ?

    3. Which folder (the user one or the application one) is actually used by the client?

    4. I have found the image I am missing the following folder: cache\remote\{server name}\pictures\
There is a *.jpg file and *.jpg%3F file. Is the %3F file significant? How does TS3 use it?
What do I need to do (or where do I need to put them) for these images to be referenced?

1./2. You don't need these Cache folders. The content inside is downloaded staff from server. It contains Banners, Avatars, Icons..etc. You an delete it, without thinking about it.

    3. This depends of the installation type.
Thats the folder when you select "Recommend: Store in User folder" (i dont know the english version)
    Code:
    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client
Thats the folder when you select "Store in installation folder" (i dont know the english version)
    Code:
    C:\Program Files\TeamSpeak 3 Client\config
4.This is just a renamed file. Sems, that it is a normal JPG file.
