To change the TCP port 30033 to any other one because that can not release in my modem.

The global permissions are reserved for the admin query server group. If your client is not in this group you cannot modify it. You can also use server query to change this.

Solved

In fact only wanted to change these permissions to solve the problem he was having on TCP port 30033, but changing those permissions the server reacts unstable.

For my purpose this is not the solution.
