i guess im in the same situation. i already updated to the beta channel.
before i had no issues with my ts3 capture sound, but till the latest update (not the rc1 from beta channel) i have some strange issues with my captured sound.
sometimes its doesnt capture anything, i press the capt key (in testing mode) i start to talk but i just hear a tick. sometimes my voice is sound like a helicopter (my friends call it as a helicopter effect).
i have several workaround which ususally works for about 20-30 minutes, then its starting again. my workarounds: open up creative audio console and switch my speakers from headphones to 5.1 and then back to headphones. it doesnt works all the time, i do it till its works.
i dont have any problem with my mic in every other apps which uses my mic (skype, audio record apps, etc)
im using win7 x64 sp1 hungarian, sb audigy 2 zs platinum (latest driver)
