Channel acess Permissions

I have on my server 1 channel and i want put acess only for (Channel Group: Channel Admin, and Server Administrator.)
But in "Channel > Acess > join power e etc.. i set all of permissions with test (1, -1 , -2 ,2, 50 , 75.)
But all (registereds) can acess the channel.

i want acess only for SA and CA!

Can someone help me?

In all server group, except SA, uncheck the b_client_skip_channelgroup_permissions permission

I want all members without SA or CA cannot acess the channel:
' Reunião HASS - (Regra do CLAN - LEIA) '

But all of groups can join the channel.

OBS: if i put Password the channel group CA of the channel cannot auto-join on the channel.
CA: Need Password.

OBS: If i put in this channel a Password. CA cannot auto-join. Only with password.
I want CA join = SA without Password.
