Server Group move...

I have guset in the server group, and he cant move or send a private massege( i do it like this, so this is okay, i mean this is not the problem) and i want that he can move only to Register room, can i do something like this, and if yes, what i have to do?

Use join power and needed join power to do this. Set the needed power on the room and set his cleint permission or server group permission join power equal to or greater than the needed join power of this room.
