Friend can't hear TS after Update?
A friend of mine just updated his client to the new version and now he can't hear any of the sounds from TS. We can hear him but no matter what kind of test he does, he gets no sound at all from TS.
I even told him to try a clean install of TS but it saved his settings so if it was a setting... you get the idea. He isn't very good with sorting this stuff out and I have tried everything I can think of.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Has he reset his playback profile? What sound card is he using and is the driver up to date?
